Order cancellations

To request a cancellation, email carterjosh2662@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing the order or before fulfillment begins, whichever comes first. Include your order number and the word “Cancel” in the subject line.

We will make a reasonable effort to stop the order, but cancellation is not guaranteed once fulfillment has started. If approved, the order will be refunded to the original payment method. Bank processing may take 5–10 business days.

Address or item changes

Use the same 12-hour/pre-fulfillment window to request an address, color, size, or variant change. If the change cannot be made in time, the order will ship as submitted.

After shipment

An order that has already shipped cannot be canceled. Once delivered, eligible unused items may be returned under our 30-day Refund Policy.

Seller cancellation

We may cancel and refund an order if an item becomes unavailable, payment cannot be verified, the address cannot be served, or the order appears fraudulent or violates our Terms of Service. We will notify you using the contact details provided with the order.
