1. Store eligibility

We sell physical consumer products. Product appearance may vary slightly from images because of lighting, screen settings, or normal production differences. Availability, quantities, specifications and prices may change without notice. We may limit or cancel quantities when reasonably necessary.

Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel an order for legitimate reasons, including unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or an undeliverable address. If we cancel after payment, we will refund the amount charged.

Prices are shown in U.S. dollars unless the site states otherwise. Applicable taxes and any non-standard shipping charges are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through the payment methods made available at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing, shipping and contact information.

6. Cancellations, returns and refunds

We may correct errors, inaccuracies or omissions and update information. We do not promise that access will always be uninterrupted or error-free, but nothing in these Terms excludes obligations or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Handpicked by Nexus is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the site or products. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

14. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version with a new date. We may suspend access for conduct that violates these Terms. Provisions that by nature should continue after termination will survive.

These Terms are governed by applicable United States law and the laws of Mississippi, without limiting mandatory consumer protections in your jurisdiction.
